Versatility and Trail Course Savvy
Sunday June 13th from 9:00am-2:00pm
Registration fee: $125.00
This course is a must for all trail and pleasure riders and their mounts. You can never have enough experience preparing your horse to cross over or under obstacles and bridges, back through and side pass over logs, or remain calm when the dreaded jacket comes off during a ride! You will have fun learning how to handle your horse safely while riding in a variety of situations. Opportunities to practice both in the arena and on actual trails will be available. Bring a snack or lunch for the break so you have energy all day!

Round Pen Basics
Saturday June 19th from 9:00am -12:00pm
Registration fee: $85 (class size limited to 6)
Take your leadership to new heights as you learn to work at liberty in the round pen with your horse. The round pen can be as damaging as it is useful if not used properly. Subtle body positions are critical to recognize and understand for the ultimate results. No need to run your horse around in circles without engaging him mentally and emotionally! Learn how to communicate and improve your leadership skills through proper positioning, develop a keen sense of what to do, when to do it and most importantly when to STOP! Remember everything we do means something to the horse...nothing means nothing. You can make it or break it in a round pen, gain confidence in both technique and timing in this most useful method of natural horsemanship and communication.
